Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a working microphone- Yes I have access to TeamSpeak and good quality, working microphone.
What is your age- 15
What is your Timezone- BST/GMT/UK
Do you have the ability to record Minecraft gameplay (Required)- I have access to both Shadowplay and OBS and can record good quality gameplay.
How active can you be- I can be on for 2-6 hours on weekdays and 6+ on weekends.
Where are you from- England
Do you have any previous infractions on our server- No I have a clean record on you wonderful server.
Why do you want to become staff on our server- I want to become staff for many reasons. Here are a few below:
I have enjoyed playing many SOTW's on this wonderful server. I have been playing your wonderful server for over 4 months. In this time I have had many experiences the majority of which are good. I believe I can make the server a better place for both the staff team and the wider community, the reasons are listed below.
I feel that it is about time for me to give back to this wonderful community. As I mentioned earlier, I have been playing for around 4 months, in this time I have experienced many good things which make CavePvP stand out from other HCF servers. As a result, I believe it is my time to give back to this wonderful community and make players make memorable moments on CavePvP.
I often sit around in TeamSpeak for upwards of 20 minutes waiting for staff, if I am staff I wish to eliminate this. As I am EU (specifically from England) I can help in Teamspeak when others may not be able to, due to timezones. This will encourage a more active EU player base as people typically prefer not to wait for help.
I often see toxicity in the community and would like to try to eliminate it. HCF is very toxic at times. Stakes are high as one false move can be the difference from going raidable or not. Emotions typically run high during this time and as a result., many people naturally resort to toxicity to vent their frustration. No one is perfect and toxicity will be around forever, but whenever I see someone being toxic I will mute them to stop any further incidents from occurring.
Every time I come on this wonderful server I admire how much the staff team do to help this wonderful community. The staff team is brilliant on CavePvP. The staff do their job with competence and ease. I admire this and wish to mimic this to become the best moderator I can be.

What makes you a better choice than other applicants- I believe I have many aspects which make me a better choice than other applicants:
Timezone- I have sat in Teamspeak for upwards of 20 minutes waiting for staff to resolve my issue. My timezone of being Europian will help cut down waiting times in Teamspeak especially for people in Europe that require assistance.
Honesty- We all make mistakes whether accidentally muting the wrong person, mistyping someone's name or worse. I have the honesty to own up to my mistakes rather than leave the issue to get worse.
Good at following rules- The server I am staff on currently (MunchyMc) has many rules as a result, I have the learned the importance of following these.
Experience- I have been staff on MunchyMc since August 2018. In this time, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge on staffing, community work and following orders. In this time, I had passed my trial in two weeks (the average is a minimum of one month) and have worked my way up from trial moderator (trainee on HCF servers) to mod on Munchy (the equivalent of mod+ on HCF servers). Munchy receives around 330+ players at its prime time, this gives me experience in staffing at peak times on CavePvP. I also started as a helper (the equivalent as a chat moderator) this shows determination towards the servers I play.
Fairness- I believe everyone should be treated the same. Even if someone is best friends with a staff member their punishment(s) should be the same as someone who the staff do not know.
Maturity- I am very mature. As a result, I can be professional which benefits the server in many ways. One of these is giving the server a professional look and feel. Players like to see a staff team that is mature for many reasons, these include the ability communicate easier with them and also the fact that generally the more mature players are the better experience is for all player and staff.
Responsibility- Responsibility is a key aspect in all aspects of being a staff member. Being responsible is a huge positive as without responsibility a staff team would crumble.
Non-toxic- As a staff member this is a necessity, as a staff member you should be setting an example to the other members of the community and if there are toxic staff members the effects can be easily transferred to other members in the community. This leads to a toxic atmosphere which isn’t fun for any party involved.
Loyalty- I have been a moderator on MunchyMc since August. In the time I have stuck through thick and thin. this shows that I am dedicated and show loyalty to the staff team.
Determination- I am determined to give my all to be staff on this wonderful Minecraft server, whether it being simple tasks or harder tasks. The point I'm trying to make is that determination is a vital skill to have when staffing a server.
Calmness- If someone is in Teamspeak (or is ingame) being toxic being toxic isn't the way to resolve the issue. People will be toxic towards you when you are staff its nearly a guarantee. The best way to get around this is by ignoring the toxicity and to continue to help the person(s) that need help. If you retaliate to the people being toxic they have got what they wanted, that was a reaction from you.
Respect- No matter what rank a person is I will always treat them with respect. The nicer you are to a person the nicer (generally) they are to you. This is important as it can help the staff team be more productive and quicker at resolving issues and creates a less toxic community and strengthens the relationship between the community and the staff team.
Approachability- I believe that I am an approachable person. As a result, people should feel comfortable speaking to me and should feel comfortable voicing any concerns they have.
Patience- This is another critical skill needed to be a staff member. Rushing a situation often leaves it unresolved and can cause confusion between parties. Patience is important to get the bottom of issues and to resolve the issue swiftly with the right punishments taken.

If accepted, what can you do to benefit the server- I believe I can offer many benefits to the server:
Wide knowledge of hacks- This is vital as without this you would essentially be a chat moderator.
Activity- This is another vital aspect of being staff as it is impossible to moderator a server if you aren't online. Furthermore, inactive staff can decrease the morale in both the staff team and the wider community as players feel like the staff don't care about them. Moreover, having an active staff team can help retain current players and also help to attract new players which provide a vital contribution to the servers growth.
Experience- Experience is a fundamental thing about staffing. The more experience someone has the better (generally) they are at staffing. This is important as servers prefer to recruit people with experience.
Honesty- Honesty is a vital thing in staffing. Everyone makes mistakes whether that being a false mute or accidentally banning someone. I have the honesty to own up to my mistakes and take the steps needed to correct them. If people don't own up to their mistakes the problem only gets worse.
A non-biased approach to all things- This is another crucial element of being a staff as being biased causes huge problems for both the staff and the wider community. If a staff is biased it will most likely make the community sway away from CavePvP as reputations stick. Furthermore, a biased staff member can create many issues for staff as they will need to be constantly fixing the staff members biased decision. I can assure I will take a non-biased approach to all aspects of staffing.
What is your past experience- I have been staff on MunchyMc since August and in that time I passed my trial within two weeks (the average is 1 month+) and have been moderator ever since then, the equivalent of a mod+ on HCF servers. In this time I have developed knowledge of hacks and other hacked clients and therefore have improved my skills to moderate.
Consideration- I am not an unfair person. I will consider both sides of the argument and critically analyse their arguments to reach a conclusion on what action should be taken
Criticism- Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and can take criticism to improve my staffing abilities
What is your past experience:
MunchyMc-
70-330+ players
Rank(s)- Previously helper, trial mod, junior mod and now a moderator.
Additional Information-
Any Anticheat experience- Yes due to being staff on MunchyMc I have developed a great understanding of how anti cheats work.
Here are some hack clients I know about:
Spook, Nodus, Huzuni, Wurst, Xenon, Vape. Jigsaw, Liquid Bounce, Sigma, Demon, Flux, Drip, Luna, ZeroDay, Future, Phoenix and BlueBerry
Are you viewed in a positive manner by the community?
I believe I am viewed as a positive person in the CavePvP community as I am kind, friendly and mature and friendly towards all players. I also help people by answering questions about this wonderful server.

Scenario #1 There is a hacker and I am not screen share verified and I am not confident I have proof to ban- I would first contact any staff that aren't busy that this time that is screen shared verified. If there is no one on that is screen share verified I would ask the staff member to review footage/spectate the hacker to determine if he is hacking if I do not feel confident to ban. It is better to leave him unbanned rather than have false banned him as a false ban creates a hassle for both the victim and the staff team who has to deal with the situation. If I continue to not get any evidence I will continue to watch until I do, or until someone who is ss verified can pull him into Teamspeak for a screen share.
Scenario #2 Someone is being toxic in Teamspeak while I'm trying to help them- I would just ignore the toxicity being thrown at me and continue with the job/ task at hand.
Scenario #3 Someone is being toxic in chat- Follow the mute guide slowly increasing the time he/she is muted for.
Scenario #4 I found out my friend is hacking- Gather evidence until there is a sufficent amount of evidence to ban them for hacking.
Scenario #5 Someone comes in Teamspeak saying they have been DDOS'd- I would ask them who they suspected DDOS'd them. Swiftly after, I would ask if they have any proof of the person DDOS'ing them. If they do I would pass the proof onto someone who is qualified to deal with DDOS related issues. If the proof is insufficient there is nothing we can do.
Scenario #7 Someone comes into a Teamspeak room requiring assistance- I would first move them and swiftly ask "Hey, how may I be of assistance?" Shortly after they explained the situation, I would help them. If it is for an issue I cannot help (due to lack of permissions) I would politely ask a higher-up staff member if they were busy and if they were not wouldn't mind helping the person in help and support. After the issue has been resolved, I would ask "Is that all you needed?" If the answer was "yes" I would kick them from the channel.

Proof in staff on MunchyMc- At its peak, Munchy achieves over 300 players.

You dont need experience to detect half of those modifications you listed. Anyone with a brain can tell a bhopper from a legit player. HCF servers would rather you have experience in the field of screen sharing, as ghost clients are one of the challenges facing minecraft atm.
